| The Wackym-Soares Rattus norvegicus normalized vestibular periphery cDNA library was constructed from 208 temporal bones. Crista ampullares, maculae of the utricle, maculae of the saccule, and vestibular nerves containing the primary afferent neurons (Scarpa's ganglia) were microdissected and used to build the library.
