cDNA Libraries

Cochlear, Middle Ear, Vestibular, and Acoustic Neuroma Libraries
Several cochlear and vestibular cDNA libraries have been constructed from human, mouse, guinea pig, and rat inner ear tissues. In addition, one human acoustic neuroma library from a patient with neurofibromatosis type 2 (NF2) has been constructed. Normalized and non-normalized strategies have been employed and the depth of characterization has varied. The source and description of each library is included at the beginning of the dataset.
